You do not need to be present at the drawing to win. Each quantity purchased equals one additional entry; increase the quantity in your cart for additional entries.

Eligible attendees of the D&M Outfitters Grand Opening (September 5th 10am-2pm) may receive one free entry by attending in person and completing the free-entry process. Grand Opening attendance is required only to receive that in-person free entry—it is not required to purchase additional entries or to win.

Prize Includes

One winner will receive a guided bull elk hunting experience for the 2027 season, provided by D&M Outfitters and/or the designated outfitter.

The prize includes:

Guided service for an over-the-counter (OTC) bull elk hunt during the applicable 2027 season.
One eligible OTC bull elk tag for the included hunt, subject to availability, applicable regulations, purchase deadlines, and the Official Giveaway Rules.
A 25% D&M Outfitters guided-hunt customer discount on eligible optics, hunting apparel, and taxidermy services purchased in preparation for or in connection with the awarded hunt.
The 25% discount includes qualifying products from premium partners such as German Precision Optics (GPO) and SKRE Hunting Apparel, plus eligible taxidermy services offered or arranged by D&M Outfitters.

The required hunting license is not included. Before hunting, the winner or approved transferee is responsible for purchasing and maintaining any required hunting license, stamps, hunter-education certification, and other legally required credentials.

Transfer and Drawn-Tag Option

If the winner is unable to hunt, the guided hunting experience may be transferred to another eligible hunter, subject to D&M Outfitters’ prior approval and the Official Giveaway Rules.

If the winner or approved transferee draws an elk tag for a different unit, they may request to use the included guided service for that drawn hunt rather than the included OTC hunt. This option requires D&M Outfitters’ advance written approval and depends on guide availability, scheduling, operating-area authorization, applicable regulations, and any additional costs associated with the drawn-unit hunt.

The included OTC tag is intended for the included OTC hunt only. It may not be exchanged, refunded, converted to cash, or applied to another unit, season, species, or hunt except where permitted by law and expressly approved in writing by D&M Outfitters.

Guided-Hunt Customer Discount

The 25% guided-hunt customer discount is available only to the giveaway winner or approved transferee who will participate in the guided hunt. It applies to qualifying, in-stock optics and hunting apparel purchased from D&M Outfitters for preparation for the awarded hunt, as well as eligible taxidermy services related to the harvested animal from that hunt.

Taxidermy service availability, turnaround time, specimen acceptance, deposits, shipping, caping, preparation, replacement parts, mounting options, applicable taxes, and other service-specific charges may apply. The discount applies only to the qualifying taxidermy service amount and does not cover charges or items that D&M Outfitters identifies as excluded.

The discount is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases or previously booked services. It cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupon codes, package pricing, or loyalty offers unless approved by D&M Outfitters.

Firearms, ammunition, licenses, tags, guided-hunt deposits or balances, gift cards, services other than eligible taxidermy services, sale or clearance merchandise, and other excluded items are not eligible unless expressly approved by D&M Outfitters. Brand restrictions, manufacturer pricing policies, quantity limits, taxidermy service availability, and product availability may apply.

Giveaway Entry Details

Additional entries may be purchased online or at the D&M Outfitters Grand Opening event.
Your entry is associated with the name, email address, and phone number submitted at checkout.
Keep your order confirmation for your records.
The winner will be contacted using the information provided with the entry.
Entries are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
